Danas je došao red na još jedan proizvod iz kolekcije "Strpljivo čekam svoj red u ladici" i čije slike čame u laptopu dugo vremena. Odlučila sam da do kraja ove godine pročistim barem pola tog foldera u laptopu jer se tamo nakupilo dosta fotografija proizvoda koje gotovo svakodnevno koristim, no ne pišem toliko o njoma. Takav jedan je ova Wet n wild paleta za konturiranje.

Today I'm writing about yet another product from the "I am patiently waiting on my turn in the drawer" collection and whose pictures have been in my laptop for a very long time. I have decided to clear out at least the half of that folder by the end of the year, because I have hoarded a lot of photos of products I use almost every day, but do not write much about. One of those products is this Wet n Wild contouring palette.

Samo pakiranje paletice nije nešto naročito atraktivno, ali je prilično čvrsto. Na njemu se nalaze sve infromacije vezane za proizvod i lista sastojaka. U pakiranju dobijete 12,5 grama proizvoda za kojeg piše da treba potrošiti u roku od 18 mjeseci, no, kako to inače biva sa praškastim proizvodima, mislim da se može koristiti i duže od toga. Također, pozitivna stvar je što Wet n Wild svoje proizvode ne testira na životinjama (potražite malu sličicu zečića). Na poleđini se nalaze primjeri kako koristiti ovaj proizvod što može biti praktično za početnike. Također mi se sviđa što imaju naljepnicu između gornjeg i donjeg dijela, pa znate da nitko nije dirao proizvod prije vas.

The palette packaging itself is not really attractive, but is quite firm. You can find all the information about the product and the list of ingredients on it. You get 0,44 OZ/ 12,5 gr of product which, as it states, should be used within 18 months, but, as it usually happens with powdery products, I think you could use it a bit longer. In addition, the positive thing is that Wet n Wild does not test its products on animals (look for a little bunny icon). On the back of the packaging are the instructions on how to use this palette, which can be quite practical for beginners. I also like that they have a little sticker between the top and bottom part, so you know that no one has touched the product. 

Moja paletica je u nijansi Dulce de Leche, a postoji još u nijansi Caramel Toffee. Zanimljiva stvar je da dosta blogera i youtubera kažu da je ovo dupe za Marc Jacobs duo za konturiranje, no ja ga nisam probala pa ne mogu usporediti. Dakle, Dulce de Leche je namijenjena nešto svjetlijim svjetlijim curama, a Caramel Toffee tamnijima. Puder za setiranje je pomalo žućkast, no prilično svjetao i super je za setiranje ispod očiju, posebno jer taj žućkasti ton malo "osvježi" to područje. Prilično je fino mljeven, dobre pigmentacije, no opet nije previše pigmentiran i ne primijeti se previše na licu. Također ne izgleda presuho ili brašnasto na licu.

My palette is in the shade Dulce de Leche, and there is also the shade Caramel Toffee. The interesting thing is that many bloggers and youtubers said that this palette is a dupe for Marc Jacobs contouring palette, but I haven't tried that one so I can't compare them. Hence, Dulce de Leche is for fairer complexion, while Caramel Truffle is for darker. The setting powder is a bit yellowish, but quite light and is great for setting the under-eye area, especially because the yellowish tone makes it look "refreshed". It is quite finely milled, with good pigmentation, yet not too pigmented and not too noticeable on the face. It also doesn't look too dry or like a flour on the face.

Nijansa za konturiranje po meni nije baš za konturiranje, više je kao bronzer jer je prilično topla. No kao bronzer je super, posebno ako ste svijetli kao ja, jer nije ni previše tamna ni previše narančasta. Zaista jedna predivna nijansa koja vam da dovoljno topline licu, bez da izgledate ili blatnjavo ili narančasto. Tekstura mu je divna, mekana i blenda se kao san bez trušenja. Pigmentacija je također jako dobra i može se nadograđivati, ovisno kakav efekt želite postići. Bronzer sam koristila čak i više nego puder za setiranje.

The contour shade is not really that in my opinion, but is more like a bronzer because it's quite warm. As a bronzer it is beautiful, especially if you are as light as me, because it is not too dark or too orange. It is really a beautiful shades which adds just enough warmth to the face, without looking muddy or too orange. The texture is lovely, soft and it blends like a dream without fall out. The pigmentation is also very good and is buildable, depending on what kind of effect do you want. I used the bronzer even more than setting powder.

Uzela sam ga prvenstveno zbog pozitivnih utisaka blogokolegica i nisam se pokajala. Definitivno je postao "must have" proizvod u mojoj kolekciji. Posežem za njim jako često, a ovo ljeto je bio najkorišteniji proizvod. Također, pakiranje je prilično veliko i dosta proizvoda dođe u njemu tako da traje jako dugo. Ova dva proizvoda se mogu koristiti i kao sjenila za neke blage, neutralne dnevne lookove. Cijena joj je oko 10-ak maraka i ima sve moje tople preporuke!
Na donjoj slici je na licu u kombinaciji sa Collistar Silk effect maxi rumenilom u nijansi 14 Pesca.

I bought it mostly because of the positive impressions my blogger-colleagues had and I didn't regret it. It definitely became a must have product in my collection. I reach for it quite often, and this summer it was my most used product. Also, the packaging is quite big and you get a lot of product, so it can last for a long time. These two products can also be used as eyeshadows for some soft, neutral daytime looks. It has my warm recommendations!
