Essence - Made to Sparkle LE - highlighting palette

Prije nego krenem sa recenzijom želim vam svima čestitati Novu godinu - da vam bude puno bolja nego prošla i ispunjena srećom, zdravljem i uspjehom! Meni je 2017-a bila dobra, mogu reći. Bilo je i loših trenutaka, no više je bilo dobrih, a bila je i puno više radna nego godine prije nje, no neću sada duljiti o tome jer sam svakako namjeravala pisati poseban post o tome - a nisam ni blogorođendan obilježila, sramota. 🙀
Before I start my review, I would like to wish you a happy New Year - may it be a lot better than the previous one and filled with happiness, health and success! My 2017 was good, I can say. There were bad times, too, but mostly good ones, and it was a lot busier than previous years, but not to make this post longer, I am definitely planning to write a separate post about it - and I haven't even celebrated my blog's birthday, shame. 🙀
Danas vam pišem o preslatkoj paletici iz Essence limitirane kolekcije "Made to sparkle" čiji puni opis glasi - highlighting & transforming prismatic palette. Inače Essence uvijek oduševi svojim limitiranim kolekcijama, tako da ni ovaj put nisu razočarali. Kako na paletici piše, sadrži četiri svjetlucava pudera, tako da se može koristiti kao paleta sjenila ili higligtera - totalno multipraktik.
Today I am writing about a cute little palette from Essence limited edition "Made to sparkle" with the full description being - highlighting & transforming prismatic palette. Generally, Essence always amazes us with their limited editions, so they did not disappoint this time, either. As the palette states, it contains four shimmery powders, so it can be used as an eye shadow or highlighter palette - great multitasker.
Pakiranja Essence kozmetike u većini slučajeva nisu ni pretjerano atraktivna niti pretjerano kvalitetna, no u njima se često nalazi pravo malo blago. Kako sam već spomenula, u pakiranju se nalazi četiri puderasta proizvoda težine 7,7g (što je otprilike 1,5g po puderu, uzmemo li u obzir i pakiranje). Cijena joj je 7,95 KM, što je i više nego povoljno. Na pakiranju se ne nalazi lista sastojaka, no možete ju naći na njihovoj službenoj stranici.
The packaging of Essence cosmetics are in most cases not quite attractive nor of very good quality, but they often contain a real little treasure. As I've already mentioned, there are four powders in the packaging weighting 7,7g (which is around 1,5g per powder, if we take the packaging into consideration). The price is 7,95 KM / 4 € / 5 $, which is more than affordable. There is no list of ingredients on the packaging, but you can find it on their official website.
"Puderasta paleta u četiri pastelne nijanse s prizmatičnim završetkom postavlja naglaske na sjenilo, rumenilo ili ruž za usne. Što je tamnija bazična boja(sjenila ili ruža), to je jači svjetlucavi efekt."
Što se tiče pigmentacije, sve četiri nijanse su jako dobro pigmentirane i nadogradive, bilo da želite laganiji ili intenzivniji sjaj. Dobro surađuju i sa četkicama i sa prstima, s tim da kad ih nanesete prstom su puno jače pigmentirane - logično. Trajnost im je također zadovoljavajuća, izdrže većinu dana bez nadogradnje. Iako su prvenstveno namijenjeni kao "top coat" za sjenila i highlightere, ja ih koristim samostalno većinom kao highlightere. Kao sjenila sam probala samo ove dvije najsvjetlije nijanse u unutarnjem kutu oka i dobre su se pokazale.

As for the pigmentation, all four shades are well pigmented and buildable, whether you prefer softer or more intense glow. They work well with brushes and finger tips, except that when applied with fingers they are a lot more pigmented - logically. The durability is satisfying, too, they last almost the entire day without touch-ups. Although their primarily function as top coats for eye shadows and highlighters, I use them on their own and mostly as highlighters. As eye shadows, I only tried these lightest two in my inner corner and they performed well.
Prva nijansa - svijetla zlatno-žuta, na prvu najslabije pigmentirana, no kad se malo uklonio površinski sloj pigmentacija je postala bolja. U cijeloj paletici je ona "najprirodnija" i dobra je za dan kad ne želite pretjerano jak sjaj, no može se nadograditi.
Druga nijansa - na prvu izgleda skroz bijela, no na swatchu i licu ima lijepi hladno ljubičasti odsjaj. Odlično pristaje curama svijetle puti, kakve sam i sama i ona mi je jedna od dvije najdraže nijanse u paleti.
Treća nijansa - prava ljepotica! Slična je drugoj i također na prvu izgleda bijelo, no ova ima rozi odsjaj. Kad se nanese bijela se gotovo i ne primijeti već samo lijepi rozi sjaj. Ona mi se najviše svidjela u paleti.
Četvrta nijansa - svijetla tirkizno-zelenkasta nijansa podsjeća na ljuskice sireninog repa, većini je vjerojatno previše ekstremna da bi se nosila kao higlighter (meni nije 😁), pa bih ju preporučila kao sjenilo, posebrno preko tamne baze jer tada predivno izgleda. Ja kad ju nosim kao highlighter često ju pomiješam sa prethodne dvije.
Također, ako sve nijanse pomiješate zajedno dobijete predivan holografski higlighter. 😊
The shades are not named so I will just list them.
First shade - a light golden-yellow, at first poorly pigmented, but when the top layer faded a bit the pigmentation got better. In the entire palette this one is "the most natural" one and it is nice for every day if you don't want a very intense glow, but it is buildable.
Second shade - at first glance it looks completely white, but on swatch and face it has a beautiful cool purple shine. It best suits girls with light complexion, as myself, and it is one of my two favorite shades in the palette.
Third shade - true beauty! It is similar to the previous one and also looks white at first, but this one has a pink shine.When applied, the white one is almost unnoticeable, but you're left with a beautiful pink glow.
Fourth shade - light turquoise-green shade which reminds of mermaid tale scales. To the most it is probably too extreme to be worn as a highlighter (not to me 😁), so I would recommend it as an eye shadow, especially over a dark base because it looks gorgeous. When I wear it as a highlighter I often mix it with the previous two.
Also, if you mix all shades together you get a gorgeous holographic highlighter. 😊

Nijanse malo podsijećaju na Kat Von D "Alchemist" paletu highlightera i to me je prvo privuklo. Puderi su se pokazali kao jako dobri i ugodno su me iznenadili. Jako dobro surađuju i sa drugim praškastim proizvodima, bilo highlighterima ili sjenilima. Definitivno preporučujem!
The shades remind me a little of Kat Von D "Alchemist" highlighting palette and that's what primarily drawn me to it. The powders proved to be very good and they pleasantly surprised me. They work well with other powdery products, whether highlighters or eye shadows. I definitely recommend it!

Mnogo mi se dopada ova paletica i zaista izgleda odlično. Ja je ne posjedujem jer nije nešto što ja volim, a i volim jače highlightere. Ali svakako je odlična ko voli ovakvo što. Odlična recenzija draga ❤️❤️❤️
